These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Swing & Shuffle website and services (“Service”), operated CJ Creative Studio, LLC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Swing Shuffle is a platform designed to help swing dancers connect, travel to festivals, and share accommodation within a trusted community.

At this stage, the platform may be in development and certain features may not yet be available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

By using Swing Shuffle, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use the platform respectfully and in good faith

• Not misuse, copy, or exploit the platform or its users

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

4. Membership and Payments

Swing Shuffle may offer paid memberships for access to certain features.

If you purchase a membership:

• You agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase

• Membership benefits may evolve as the platform develops

• Refund policies will be clearly stated at the point of purchase

For pre-launch or early access offers:

You acknowledge that the Service may not yet be fully available and that access will be granted upon launch.

5. User Interactions and Liability

Swing Shuffle facilitates connections between users but does not:

• own or manage accommodations

• organize events directly

• guarantee the conduct of any user

You agree that:

• all stays and interactions are at your own risk

• you are responsible for your own safety and decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• user behavior

• cancellations or disputes

• personal injury or loss

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Swing Shuffle are owned by us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate these Terms or act in a way that harms the community.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the Service at any time, including features, pricing, or availability.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
