Waitlist Terms

These Waitlist Terms govern your participation in the Swing & Shuffle waitlist. They are intentionally narrow in scope: they cover the period before our platform launches. Once the platform goes live, separate Terms of Service will apply to use of the service itself.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Waitlist Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the waitlist form.


The Swing & Shuffle platform is not yet operational. There is no service to use, no stays to book, no payments to make, and no community to participate in at this stage. Joining the waitlist is solely a way to be notified when we launch.

  1. Who we are

The Swing & Shuffle waitlist is operated by CJ Creative Studio, LLC., a company incorporated in the United States, with a registered address at 215 Avenue B, #4A, New York, NY 10009. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean this entity. References to "you" mean the person joining the waitlist.

  1. What the waitlist is

The waitlist is a list of people who have asked to be notified when the Swing & Shuffle platform launches. By joining:

  • You give us permission to email you about the launch and related updates.

  • You acknowledge that we are not yet providing any service to you.

  • You acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform when it launches, nor any specific feature, price, or membership tier.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. By submitting the form, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@swingandshuffle.com. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. No payments, no services, no obligations

Joining the waitlist is free. We will not charge you anything at this stage and will not ask you for payment information. If the launch involves paid features, we will communicate pricing clearly at that time and no charge will be made without your explicit consent.

  1. Communications

We will send you transactional emails related to the waitlist (confirmation of signup, occasional updates on launch progress, the launch announcement itself). We will not sell your contact details to third parties or use them for unrelated marketing.

  1. Changes to the product and these terms

The product is in active development. Features, pricing, branding, and the platform's scope may change before launch. We may also update these Waitlist Terms; if we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email before the changes take effect.

  1. Closing the waitlist or discontinuing the project

We reserve the right to close the waitlist, delay or cancel the launch, or discontinue the project at any time. If we discontinue the project, we will notify waitlist members and delete their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. No warranties at the waitlist stage

Because no service is being provided yet, we make no service-related warranties. We will use reasonable efforts to keep your waitlist data secure and to communicate honestly about the launch. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from participation in the waitlist itself, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for fraud or gross negligence).

  1. Governing law

These Waitlist Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live, and these are not affected by this clause.
